»TRaceability of ENgineerinf INformation« was the project we successfully applied with to the public call for proposals EUREKA in 2008.
The purpose of the project was to create a setting enabling traceability of engineering information during the entire lifetime of the product. To this end and on the basis of theoretical findings concerning the understanding of traceability of engineering information, we developed methods and tools, researched the dynamics of information in the lifetime of a product in order to implement these methods and tools in an industrial context and make them become operational and efficient.
The project called E!4911 took place in years 2009 – 2011. Coordination of the project was entrusted to the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Shipbuilding of Zagreb and besides TPV, Končar Institute for Electrotechnics – KIEE in Zagreb also participated in the project.
