Commissioner for Transport Violeta Bulc paying a visit to TPV

The European Commissioner for Transport, Mrs. Violeta Bulc was welcomed yesterday at TPV headquarters in Novo mesto, accompanied by Mr. Blaž Pongračič, Member of the Cabinet , and Mr. Zoran Stančič, Head of the Representation of the European Commission in Slovenia.

At the occasion of the meeting on the mobility of the future and planned developments, which have been identified by the European Commission in the field of vehicles and automotive industry, TPV presented their latest achievements in the automotive industry emphasizing the recent outstanding development deal with BMW and Volvo Cars, and their development plans. The representatives of the European Commission were also given a presentation on the smart factory modules  the company designs for their own needs and for marketing. In the discussion, they mentioned the possibility of financial incentives granted for projects that TPV and similar Slovenian companies are planning within the development of the mobility of the future.

The Commissioner commended numerous novelties and progress the TPV Group has made since her last visit a year ago and was fascinated by their innovative solutions both in the automotive  industry and digitalization. She expressed her support for the presented projects and plans of global expansion of TPV Group.
