TPV Automotive Receives Silver Award at the National Selection for the Best Innovations

After receiving 9 awards at this year’s regional innovation competitions, yesterday our innovation Innovative Technological Solutions and Approaches in the New Battery Carrier Project received the national silver award from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia (GZS).
As part of the traditional Innovation Day, the GZS awarded national prizes to the most innovative companies and innovators within companies and other organizations for the 23rd time on September 16. This year’s event was held under the slogan “Reaching for the Sky with New Technologies”, symbolizing Slovenia’s significant steps on the global technology map, particularly through its entry into the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN) and the European Space Agency (ESA).
The GZS National Award for Best Innovations represents the highest recognition for innovative achievements by Slovenian companies and promotes innovation throughout Slovenia. This year, 53 of the best innovations from across the country were in competition for the award.

Innovation Description: TPV Automotive successfully engaged as a supplier of steel and aluminum load-bearing elements, leading the design development of a new battery carrier for premium vehicles. Starting from initial concepts, the team delivered a technologically feasible design within a tight timeframe. Thanks to innovative solutions and expertise in technology and functionality, TPV provided both prototype and serial parts for the project.
