This year\u2019s event was held under the slogan <em>\u201cReaching for the Sky with New Technologies\u201d<\/em>, symbolizing Slovenia\u2019s significant steps on the global technology map, particularly through its entry into the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN) and the European Space Agency (ESA).<\/p>\n<p>The GZS National Award for Best Innovations represents the highest recognition for innovative achievements by Slovenian companies and promotes innovation throughout Slovenia. Starting from initial concepts, the team delivered a technologically feasible design within a tight timeframe.
