To this end, the 8th day of the human resource treatment was held October 22, 2015 in Oto\u010dec and the topic of the event was \u00bbBeing penetrative, decisive and different\u00ab.<\/p>\n<p>The award for an exemplary human resource\u00a0 treatment for 2014 was conferred to TPV with the following grounds: TPV as a company being involved in the global automotive industry is given the award for their integrated management of human resource process including the upgrading of personnel development system. For this purpose, the company uses the method of targeted leadership, method of 360 degree feedback and the personnel potential analysis and the personnel replacement planning.
