We are developing comprehensive, cost-efficient solutions for production logistics management with the automated guided vehicles. The system can be easily implemented in any production site.<\/h5>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Navigation is provided by magnetic tape and key points are determined by RFID transponder mounted on or in the floor. Spatial mechanism designed to attach and to unhitch automatically is mounted on the AGVs. A great variety of programming commands are linked to specific tag directing vehicle (stop, release, rotate, turn, accelerate, brake\u2026).<\/p>\n

Automated guided vehicles are ideal for use 24\/7. Li-ion batteries are appropriate for fast charging. We can use all planned stops for charging during the operation. The operation is provided without need of battery change. For proper battery charge Central Control System \u2013 CCS – is responsible.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>

Central Control System (CSS) is a visualized application with several modules. Automation of internal logistics is completely controlled via WiFi.<\/p>\n

Normal reverse operation is possible with all models in length of about 6m.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>

New solutions and improvements<\/h5>\n<\/blockquote>\n

At TPV Automotive, we pay a lot of attention to the development of new solutions. New products and improvements are constantly emerging in our program.<\/p>\n

One such is the Optimatik 160 POWER +<\/strong>. This AGV has the same geometry as the basic Optimatik 160 model, but is equipped with an additional drive, which directly increases the capacity of the vehicle and, on the basis of a special mounting and synchronized additional drive, enables driving on a slope.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In addition to the existing navigation and guidance with magnetic tape, the vehicle also enables navigation and guidance without physical guides<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>
